its normal, babies do so, give her some warm water in addition to your milk, because if another day goes by, then the poo poo will get hard and she will be get cranky due to it.
do remember that everything we eat might not suit the baby, so you need to check on the type of food you are eating as well, even if you have not changed your diet. try to have more of liquids in your diet and milk.

As everyone agrees, I too agree its normal. Its not always necessary for babies to poop everyday.
If your baby wets enuf diapers / nappy & burps/any other form where gas is released (Jae passes alot of gas too) its alright. My doc says you can stimulate the area for the baby to poop by applying either little petrolum jelly or ghee if its been more than 5 days. This also helps to keep the area moist / less discomfort when they poop.
HTH! - i agree with AMeeng if she is wettin at least 5 to 6 times a day she is fine my lil one few days pooped 7 times i paniced but my doc say's its ok along as its not runny and she passin urine . U can try this i change her diaper every 4 hrs and soak a cotton plug with warm water to clean her :) and sometimes, she pops poop. He he he wicked i know now usually before i put her to bed clean her most days she poop 's savings me mid night cleanin

He used to potty twice daily for the first two months, but then suddenly stopped. The first time we waited for 3 days, since the doc said it was normal and exclusively breastfed babies could even potty at an interval of 7-14 days. However, by the 4th day we were really concerned and we used a glycerine enema. (you will hear docs advising against it, but it is not easy watching your baby in discomfort, passing gas all the time and getting cranky due to irregular potties). My son took really well to the enema and would not even cry when it was inserted. For 2 months, we went with this routine of potty thru enema every third or fourth day. Then miraculously he started pottying by himself again as soon as he turned 4 months old. Now it is back to potty every alternate day.
I guess we just have to learn to hang in there and not panic. Infants keep changing very fast and unless s/he is in obvious discomfort, cranky or crying too much, dont worry.
